Trauma and Attachment Training (Advance)

Tracy has 15 years’ experience within the welfare sector and has worked primarily within Child Protection as a youth worker, team leader and service manager for services such as Churches of Christ, Uniting Care Community and Future for Kids (Nth Qld).  During this period and with the help of a successful team, Tracy had the opportunity to manage and work in the remote community of Mount Isa, where an emergency residential was established for the community.  She then relocated to Townsville to establish/Manage one of only (4) therapeutic residential services within Qld.   Tracy is committed and dedicated to supporting and assisting families who have or continue to experience trauma within their lives, in the hope to provide them a greater understanding of how these experiences currently impact upon their capacity to establish a sense of security within their immediate families and wider communities.
